CVISNET Foundation, Inc., in partnership with Rameses Systems Inc., successfully hosted a site visit by a delegation of approximately fifty officials and representatives from various DOST Regional Offices on December 12, 2025. This event was part of the Department of Science and Technology Region VII’s (DOST- 7) ongoing SMART Program Benchmarking and Learning Activity.

The site visit featured a presentation, demonstration, and facility tour showcasing CVISNET’s flagship programs - the Internet for Sustainable Livelihood, e-Education, and Tourism (ISLET Connect), Barangay e-System and Tools (BeST), Disaster Information System for Communities (DISC), and Building Youth through Technology Empowerment (BYTE).

CVISNET was selected by the DOST 7 as a highlighted SMART local technology provider due to its significant contributions to ICT development, digital governance, and community connectivity programs, serving as a model for digital innovation and local technology implementation.
